I don't know if this should be considered a New Year's resolution, seeing that it's so close to the New Year. I just want to get going on my weightloss journey. I want to get healthy. I want to play with my daughter without getting winded. I want to do PT with my husband when he finally gets individual PT. I want to go into the Navy. Right now, I am 235 pounds, and in order to join the Navy, I have to be 140 pounds or less for my height.

In order to do this, I am going to go back onto the 6 Week Body Makover plan for my diet, as well as going on daily walks with my daughter for my cardio workout. There is a Navy fitness center down the street from my house, and I looking at going in 5 days a week to workout with weights, or even try to get into a group excercise class.

If I can do this, and STICK to it, I'm hoping that I can reach my goals of 115 pounds by the time my husbad graduates from prototype. Wish me luck!
